FIVE TOOL HAS A TWO SEASON FORMAT:  

TEAMS WITH FIVE TOOL CALENDAR INSURANCE ARE REGISTERED FOR BOTH SEASONS

SPRING/SUMMER:  January thru July 31st

FALL/WINTER:  August thru December 31st

Parents, Team Managers & Coaches are all encouraged to personally register with Nations Baseball. There is no cost involved to personally join with Five Tool Baseball. Parents & Coaches will be able to track roster movements for their player’s team, receive instant text messages that include game scores, weather delays and other information on the tournament your team is participating. Parents can monitor their child during development as well as upload their son’s birth certificate for a one time player verification/approval process.

 REGISTERING YOUR TEAM WITH FIVE TOOL BASEBALL:  
  • Team Manager - Personally Register (Free) with Five Tool Baseball at www.fivetoolyouth.org
  • Once you have personally registered and have received your log in information, you can then register your team.
  • Log in to the National website using your new log in information.
  • Click the "Teams" link in the gray upper section of the Nations Baseball Home page.
  • Click the "Add New Team" link.
  • Fill out the Team Registration Form

On the Team Registration page you will have several Options to Register  
Option 1 (A or B)YEAR MEMBERSHIP WITH INSURANCE (Registers you for both seasons)  Includes your team registration and team insurance from 08/01/ thru 07/31 (Seasonal) OR 01/01 thru 12/31 (Calendar).  

Option 2 - $75.00 - REGISTRATION ONLY (Covers team for two sessions only)
FALL/WINTER: August thru December
SPRING/SUMMER: January thru July

*Insurance is not included with Option 2*. If a team chooses Option 2, you must upload your team's insurance policy as well as an additional insured certificate naming Five Tool Youth Baseball on your teams certificate.  Your team insurance must include secondary medical.  Once you have completed the above steps, add your team's roster by going  to the "Player Admin" page.  
 

SANCTIONED LEAGUE TEAMS:
If you participate in an approved OHIO SANCTIONED LEAGUE,  Do NOT pay the registration/sanction fee - contact your ared director for details.
